Protective Coating

Cleaning your carpet, furniture and rugs will lengthen their life, but Sani-Clean can apply a protective coating to help prevent future stains and allow for easier cleanup of spills. Protective coatings such as our Sta-Clene® 940 for carpets, rugs and furniture work in a similar fashion to waxing your car. If you wash your car it looks great when you are done. Wax your car, and it looks better longer. The same is true with your carpets, furniture and rugs when one of our protective coatings are applied. Of course, EVERYTHING eventually resoils, but the protective coating is still there doing it's job,  just like the wax on your car after a rain or snow storm. It allows your furnishings to bounce back to a greater degree of their original beauty when you have them professionally cleaned. If you want to lengthen the life or your carpet, furniture and oriental rugs, and keep them looking beautiful longer in length, ask us about our optional protective coating process.

Here are some benefits to Sani Clean's Protective Coating Process:

  • Carpets  & Furniture stay cleaner, longer
  • Blotting up spills is made easier
  • Allows recovery of more dry soil during routine vacuuming
  • Helps minimize the possibility of future permanent staining
