The Sani-Clean Extraction Method:

The Sani-Clean Detergent-Free Activated Oxygen System uses the most tried and true carpet cleaning methods and equipment. Our powerful Truck-Mounted Mobile Cleaning Plant uses a warm water extraction system known as the Sani-Clean Extraction Method.

The Sani-Clean Extraction Method is often thought of by the onlooker as steam cleaning. This is an obvious conclusion due to the fine mist that can be seen near the carpet and mouth of our cleaning wands. Steam can cause a carpet to shrink. So, instead of steam, our method takes advantage of very warm pre-softened water (approximately 170 degrees F). This cleaning solution is a mixture of Soft Water and Actived Oxygen ( No Detergent, No Residue ) which will clean and sanitize the fibers, plus it is warm enough to loosen and force out any dirt or unwanted particles in your carpet without causing it the harm that can be created by steam.

To begin, the warm water solution is sprayed into the fibers of the carpet. As our warm soft water moves through the fibers in your carpet our truck-mounted industrial strength vacuum is hard at work. Over 98% of water and moisture used to clean your carpets is immediately extracted out of your carpet by this vacuum along with any dirt, dander, hair, and residue that has worked its way into your carpeting.

Due to such a high moisture recovery, the cleaned carpet is almost dry before the carpet is done being cleaned. At this point just a couple of hours is all that is needed for the carpet to be completely dry.

Our use of the Sani-Clean Extraction Method is superior to methods such as shampooing or a carbonated scrubbing method, because these other systems can cause a major buildup of residue. Old fashioned shampoo and carbonated scrubbing does not extract dirt and particles from your rug and instead works them further into the fibers and backing of the rug. There, the dirt and residue can cause the rug to break down and dramatically shorten the life of your rug. Excess moisture and bacteria will do the same.
